Maison House Rules

MAISON is not just a place to hang out; it embodies a lifestyle.

Everyone is welcome, the rules are simple. Have fun and be nice to everyone!”

Please Note

  • Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and behave accordingly outside the venue. If you’re smoking, make sure to throw your cigarette butts in the ashtray
  • Entry on Club Nights: Entry is 21+ -> Bring your ID
  • When it gets loud, please use earplugs: Hearing protection is recommended. Earplugs are available at the bar
  • Instructions: Always follow the instructions of the Maison staff

Notice

  • Entry Refusal: Entry may be refused if you are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
  • Security Checks: Your bag and clothing may be searched for security reasons
  • Surveillance: Maison is under video surveillance
  • Photography: Photographers or videographers may take pictures or videos during club nights

Not Allowed

  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, knives, drugs, food, beverages, promotional materials, stickers, markers, professional (video) cameras, and recording devices are not allowed
  • Smoking: Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside Maison. Smoking is allowed only outside
  • Drugs: The consumption or trade of soft/hard drugs or other goods is strictly prohibited. No tolerance policy!
  • Vandalism: We put great effort into creating a beautiful and high-quality atmosphere. Please take care of it. If you are caught stealing or willfully vandalizing, you will be reported and banned from the venue

Awareness Concept

Use your common sense! Treat others as you would like to be treated. Maison promotes a safe and respectful nightlife. This means:

  • Respect: All visitors should be able to express themselves as they wish and treat each other with respect
  • Behavior: (Sexually) aggressive, disruptive, or intimidating behavior, as well as discrimination of any kind (e.g., racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, Islamophobia, and homophobia), will not be tolerated
  • Staff: Maison staff have the right to remove visitors with unwanted or exclusionary behavior or deny entry if the safety of others is at risk
  • Help: If you experience harassment or unwanted behavior, you can approach any member of our staff with confidence. Every employee is trained to maintain safe spaces in our nightlife community and will help you discreetly
